
No-Bake Dark Chocolate Cocoa Peanut Butter Bites
Have a ball with your daily dose of protein! Mix our Dark Chocolate flavored cocoa with oats, peanut butter and flax seeds, then roll it in your favorite toppings for an easy treat.
Ingredients
12 medjool dates, pitted
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 packets Cocoa Classics® Dark Chocolate Cocoa Mix, divided
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
½ cup finely chopped roasted peanuts
Directions

In a food processor, combine the dates, oats, 1 packet Cocoa Classics® Dark Chocolate Cocoa Mix, peanut butter, honey and flaxseed, if using.

Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and starts to clump together, about 1 minute

Place the remaining cocoa mix and peanuts in two separate shallow bowls.

Portion the dough into 1 heaping tablespoon-sized balls.

Coat half the balls in cocoa and the remaining in peanuts.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
