Caramel & Cocoa Shake
This creamy caramel and cocoa drink recipe is perfect as an after-dinner drink or as a special treat any time.
Ingredients
1 cup fat-free half & half
1 (1.25-ounce) packet Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix
3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Heavy whipping cream, whipped, sweetened
Chocolate-covered toffee candy bar, finely chopped
Directions

Place fat free half & half, cocoa mix, ice cream topping and ice cream in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend, scraping sides occasionally, until smooth (50 to 60 seconds).

Pour into individual glasses. Serve with dollop of whipped cream; sprinkle with chopped candy.
