A versatile scratch cupcake mix that can be customized by using any Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix flavors!

Chocolate Cupcakes on Black

 7 - 1.25 oz packets Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix
 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 eggs
 ¾ cup water
 ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
 Cocoa Classics® Marshmallow Cream Cheese Frosting (View Recipe)

Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a mixing bowl, combine Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix, flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Add eggs, water and oil, mixing until the batter is smooth with no lumps.

Pour batter into cupcake cups lined with cupcake liners, filling about 2/3 full. Tap pans lightly on counter to remove any trapped air and to level the batter.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcake comes out clear.

Top with Cocoa Classics® Marshmallow Cream Cheese Frosting.
