Creamy frosting made from your favorite flavor of Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix.

Hot Cocoa Frosting

 ½ cup butter
 3 – 1.25 oz packets Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix
 3 cups powdered sugar, divided
  cup water, divided

Take butter out of refrigeration and allow it to soften.

In a large bowl, add the butter and Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix and blend until fully mixed, scraping sides of the bowl to ensure complete mixing.

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the mixture to get it fully incorporated, add a tablespoon of water and mix well. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat adding powdered sugar and water until all of the ingredients are incorporated and the product is smooth.

If the frosting is too stiff, add water a teaspoon at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
