Enjoy a nutty taste like Dubai Chocolate when you top our iced Chocolate Supreme cocoa with pistachio cold foam!

In a glass mug, mix the Cocoa Classics® Chocolate Supreme Cocoa Mix, espresso and hot water together until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
Allow cocoa to cool for about 5 minutes while making the cold foam.
To make the cold foam, in a small glass or jar, combine the heavy cream and pistachio butter.
Using a milk frother, whisk until the heavy cream mixture is thick and foamy, but still pourable.
Add the ice to the cocoa mixture and stir until cold.
Top the cocoa with cold foam. Garnish with the chocolate shavings and kataifi, if using.
