A decadent twist on a favorite classic. Shake up a new take on the espresso martini with a bright hint of raspberry.

In a heat-safe cup, stir the cocoa mix with hot water until completely smooth.
Let it cool to room temperature (important for good foam and balance).
In a shaker, fill with ice and add the cooled cocoa mixture, vodka, and coffee liqueur.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to build a creamy foam.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
